Back pain and tension are common. More than 80% of people experience back pain at some point in their lives.
Here’s a couple of restorative exercises from yoga that could help tremendously.
Be sure to rest in each pose for at least 2 minutes.
It’s also a good idea to breathe deeply.
Depending on the cause and source of back pain, these two poses alone can relieve a lot of pain.
But you must do them every day! It should only take you a few minutes.
