Better Posture
Often, bad posture comes from weak back muscles.
A simple and effective way to ensure great posture is to take 1 minute a day to practice the Dynamic Cobra Pose. Start with the arms in. Inhale and stretch the arms out, activating the back muscles, especially between the shoulder blades. 
Exhale and bring the arms back in. Repeat 10-12 times. At first, you’ll find this difficult due to the weakened back, but with practice, it will get easier and you’ll notice the amazing benefits.
