The Bridge pose from yoga is one of the best exercises for your back. It’s a safe way to build strength and stability in your lower back.

This variation of the Bridge Pose is with your arms up alongside the ears, which helps to release some tension in the upper back as well by pressing the back muscles into the floor as you roll up. Try rolling up and down. Connect the movement with the breath – inhale up, exhale down. Start with 10 repetitions.
