Personal Statement

She graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA, with an Associates Degree in Holistic Health. In addition, Frances is a Pre- & Post-Natal Massage Specialist who received her training from Carole Osborne-Sheets, one of the leading experts on women's health through childbearing years.

Her technique is an eclectic blend of several different modalities that include Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy.

Each client receives a unique session, specifically designed to honor each individual's needs and goals.

Frances uses her intuition and listening skills to evoke the healer within each client. She believes that each individual can heal themselves and journey into a space of wellness with a little support and guidance.

From the beginning, Frances' energy has been focused primarily on the well being of women and their families. Her belief is that women are the cornerstones of our communities and the backbone of their families. She has found that by accessing the power & nurturing spirit within a woman, our world grows more compassionate and less hostile.
