If you create an online account with us, so that you may book further appointments more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name, address, phone and email information.

2. Special Offers and Promotions - When you provide your e-mail address we may also send you e-mails or mailings with special offers and promotions. If you don't want to receive these you can unsubscribe at any time.
